Who we are
We built Sellova for owners who would rather not list their property on the public portals. Some live outside the UAE, some need to sell by a certain date and some simply prefer a private sale. We keep a list of buyers who pay in cash, and we present each property personally to the buyers it suits. Sellova does not buy property. Our work is to help you sell, and to handle the sale properly from the first call to the transfer.

How we work
You start with a short form and a call. We look at recent transactions in your building and area, at demand from cash buyers and at your timeline. After you sign Form A, the agency agreement, we present the property privately to buyers on our list. If you accept a proposal, we prepare Form F, coordinate the developer NOC and any mortgage release, and see the sale through to transfer at a DLD trustee office. Sending us the form costs nothing, and receiving a proposal does not oblige you to accept it.
Where we work
We work with owners across the UAE, and Dubai is our main market. Procedures and fees differ by emirate, and each sale follows the rules of the emirate where the property is. In Dubai, sales are registered with DLD. In Abu Dhabi, they are registered on DARI, the platform of ADREC.
